Welcome to 160 Degrees! We know plans can sometimes change, and we want to make the process as simple as possible.

Here's what to expect when it comes to changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

More than 72 hours before pickup or delivery:

You can cancel or postpone your order with a 20% processing fee.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Within 72 hours of pickup or delivery:

Changes, cancellations, or rebookings aren't possible.

Postponement Details:

If you postpone your order, it can be held for up to 30 days.

After that, it will be treated as cancelled and the 20% processing fee will apply.

When Something Isn't Right

We take great care with every order, but if something goes wrong — whether it's a cake quality issue or a delivery concern — please contact us within 48 hours with sample of cake and photo, so we can help.

We'll review each situation fairly and may offer one of the following:

  • A full or partial refund
  • Store credit for a future order
  • A replacement product (if possible)
  • A discount on a future purchase

Please include photos of the issue when you contact us — it helps us assess and resolve things quickly.

What's Not Covered

We're unable to provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind within 72 hours of pickup or delivery
  • Damage after delivery or pickup (including from weather, pets, or mishandling)
  • Allergic reactions (please review ingredients before ordering)
  • Personal taste preferences
  • No one available to receive the delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
  • Late pickup by the customer
If Delivery or Pickup Goes Wrong

We'll take responsibility if the issue is caused by us, including:

  • Late delivery due to our scheduling
  • Damage during our delivery process
  • The wrong order being prepared
  • Failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe

Delivery Attempts:

If your delivery can't be completed because no one is available at the address, we'll attempt to contact you once.

If we can't reach you, the order will be returned to our studio, and redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
