We've created this website to make it easy for you to browse, order, and enjoy our cakes and desserts.
When using our site, you agree to:

- Provide accurate details when placing an order.
- Respect our content and not copy, reuse, or misrepresent it.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and may change without notice.
We do our best to keep product and pricing information up to date, but sometimes details may change after you've placed an order.
When you place an order:
- You confirm that all details (such as flavour, size, pickup or delivery date) are correct.
- Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise arranged.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, an error occurs, or we believe it was placed for resale or misuse.

We take care to describe and display our cakes and desserts as accurately as possible.
Because every creation is handmade, small variations in colour, decoration, or design may occur — that's part of what makes each cake special and unique!
Please note that colours shown on your screen may look slightly different from the finished product, as they can vary between devices and display settings.
You can choose to pick up your order from our Salisbury kitchen or have it delivered if we service your area.
Pick-up is free, and delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
When placing your order, you'll be able to select your preferred pick-up or delivery date. You can find full details, including time windows and delivery zones, on our Pickup & Delivery Information page.
Please arrive within your chosen time window — our kitchen follows a set schedule, and we may not be able to hold your order after that time.
- We'll do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, we'll make one attempt to contact you. With your confirmation, we can leave the order in a safe place at the front door. If we can't reach you, the order will be returned to our studio, and redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Deliveries are not available on Sundays.
Once your order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for it passes to you.
Important: We bake in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
While some of our products can be made without certain ingredients, we can't guarantee they are completely free from traces of allergens, as cross-contact may occur during preparation.
If you have any questions or concerns about allergens or ingredients, please contact us before placing your order — we're happy to help clarify.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care.
Any details you provide — such as your name, contact information, or payment details — are collected only as needed to process your order, communicate with you, and arrange delivery or pickup.

We don't sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes outside of these essential services.
